We aim to give you peace of mind and we do this by passing your property on to one of our highly experienced agents. They will be in charge of looking after both your property and your tenants during the tenancy. You don’t want to be receiving phone calls at inconvenient times from your tenants complaining of trivial repairs so we will be the ones who take the call and resolve the issue.

If any work is needed on the property we will over see the whole procedure. We can suggest a number of workmen that we know will do a quality job; we will work to your guidelines to fully ensure your satisfaction and of course we will be there to give you our professional advice.
